Detailed Job Duties for sales and marketing executives for China.

Industry: Sales & Marketing Executives.

1. Import & Export document processing.

2. Data mining from Google, Alibaba and Facebook about target market.

3. Participation in Expo and fairs in China.

4. Dealing with Prospective foreigner clients on Email, Phone Calls & We-chat.

5. Presenting and demonstrating products to Foreign delegation.

6. Conducting research and analyzing Product & Target Market.

7. Demonstrating and presenting products.

8. Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.

9. Organizing sales visits.

10. Foreign Trading Operations.

11. Devising and presenting ideas and strategies.

12. Updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

13. Schedule appointment.

14. Negotiating contracts and packages.

15. Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

16. Analyzing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.

17. Devising a contract for the suppliers including quality control, accuracy and flexibility.

1 Week Training will also be Provided by the Company.
